These terms cover how you can use marygoesglobal.netlify.app, the free resources I share, and any paid products I offer. By using the site, you agree to what's here.
This site is operated by MaryGoesGlobal LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("MGG," "we," "us," or "our"). "MaryGoesGlobal" and related marks belong to MaryGoesGlobal LLC.
When these terms say "you," we mean you, the person using the site, reading the content, downloading a freebie, or buying a product.
The site includes free content (guides, checklists, videos, newsletter), paid digital products (like The YAMS Playbook), and booking links for calls and other offerings. Details, pricing, and availability can change at any time.
Free downloads and resources are for your personal, non-commercial use. You can share the landing-page link with a friend. You cannot repackage, resell, or redistribute the content itself. You cannot strip the branding, pass it off as your own, or upload it to other platforms.
When you buy a digital product (for example, The YAMS Playbook), you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself. You cannot share your copy, your login, or your download link with anyone else. You cannot resell it, teach from it word-for-word, or use it to build a competing product.
Refunds. Because The YAMS Playbook and other digital products deliver immediate, full access, all sales are final by default.
That said, I want you to have something that actually serves you. If a product genuinely didn't land for you, email hello@marygoesglobal.com within 14 days of purchase with honest feedback about what didn't work. Good-faith requests are welcomed and usually granted. When a refund is issued, your access to the product is revoked.
Bad-faith requests are not. If the feedback, download activity, or usage pattern suggests you consumed the material and are requesting a refund anyway, the request will be denied. MaryGoesGlobal LLC reserves the right to refuse future purchases and access from anyone found to be abusing the refund process, submitting fraudulent chargebacks, or violating these terms.
Genuine technical issues — wrong file, broken link, double charge, payment error — are handled separately. Email within 14 days, no feedback required, and we'll sort it out.
All content on this site — writing, photos, videos, designs, course materials, frameworks, and the MaryGoesGlobal name and branding — belongs to MaryGoesGlobal LLC or is used with permission. You can quote a short passage with credit and a link back. For anything more than that, ask first.
MGG content is based on lived experience. It's meant to be helpful, honest, and grounded — not a substitute for professional advice.
Nothing here is legal, financial, medical, psychological, or career counseling. If you're making a major decision about your career, your relationships, your money, or your health, talk to someone qualified to advise you. Your choices are yours.
The site links to and embeds third-party tools — including Kit (ConvertKit) for email, Typeform for assessments, Zoom for calls, YouTube and Instagram for video, and others. When you use one of those, their terms and privacy policies apply, not mine. I'm not responsible for their content, outages, or how they handle your data.
Some products or services may require you to submit your email or other information. Keep that information accurate. Don't use the site to do anything illegal, harmful, or designed to harass someone else. Don't scrape the site or try to break it.
The site and everything on it is provided "as is." We do our best to keep things working and accurate, but we don't guarantee the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the content will produce any specific result for you. No warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MaryGoesGlobal LLC — including its owner, employees, and contractors — is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or the content. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or a product is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are material, we'll try to give a heads up through the newsletter or on the site. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
